About Us
Embridge Economics is an independent advisory firm specialised in transfer pricing and valuation. In the area of transfer pricing, Embridge offers economic analysis and expertise including benchmarks, testing of the arm’s length principle and profit allocation scenarios. In addition, we offer documentation to support the arm’s length nature of intercompany transactions toward tax authorities. As part of our core services, we also offer valuation services and determine the market value of assets, liabilities and shares. Embridge Economics was founded in 2017. Our team currently consists of five team members. All members have an academic background in economics. In addition, various members have postgraduate degrees in specialised economic topics. Embridge Economics is based in Amsterdam and has secondary offices in Luxembourg and Athens.

Roderick is specialised in transfer pricing and valuation. He started his career in various financial roles before starting as an economic specialist. Over the past fifteen years, Roderick has advised numerous clients in various industries, including automotive, software, FMCG, real estate, renewable energy and services industry. Roderick has written several articles and frequently lectures on various economic topics. Roderick is named as Transfer Pricing Expert in the Transfer Pricing Expert Guides. Roderick holds a Master of economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Thomas is senior manager at Embridge Economics and responsible for the Greek office. He is specialised in transfer pricing aspects of financing, asset management and IP related transactions. Thomas holds a Master in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor degree in Public Administration from the Panteion University, Athens, Greece. In addition, Thomas has accomplished the Executive Program in Transfer Pricing (“EPTP”) from the Tax Policy Center of University of Lausanne, Switzerland. During 2021, Thomas has written an article relating to financial transactions which was published in the International Transfer Pricing Journal and during 2022, he contributed a chapter in the book Applying the Arm’s Length Principle to Intra Group Financial Transactions that was published by Kluwer Law International in August 2023. Thomas joined Embridge Economics in 2017.

Georgi is a senior economist at Embridge Economics specializing in financial analysis, transfer pricing documentation, and TP structuring. He manages end-to-end transfer pricing documentation projects, ensuring compliance while incorporating both technical and practical perspectives. Georgi achieved a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) in 2025, enhencing his ability to integrate financial risk assessments into transfer pricing analyses and structures. Prior to joining Embridge Economics in 2022, he worked as a risk analyst in the financial sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Groningen. Georgi joined Embridge Economics in 2022.

In 2024, he won the CFA Research Challenge in the Benelux region. Ilias joined Embridge Economics in 2025.
